I played yesterday, but today my steam says I need to install GTA V?

Featured Replies

Was playing last night fine. When I got home, I tried to start my game and steam says GTA V isn't downloaded. Can anyone help me out? I've been through this before awhile back and the DL time is no joke..

**fixed it. didnt make any changes to GTAV folder and clicked reinstall. It validated itself

Glad to see your problem was solved. If you experience this problem in the future a quick fix is to verify your game via steam by > Right Clicking on the game in steam. Go to properties, game cache and you should see an option to verify to game cache. That should solve your problem 🙂
