Glad to see your problem was solved. If you experience this problem in the future a quick fix is to verify your game via steam by > Right Clicking on the game in steam. Go to properties, game cache and you should see an option to verify to game cache. That should solve your problem 🙂

Hi there, you need to be more specfic what do you mean rage is not load is not loading up, is it not starting what is happening?

Use stop the ped or ultimate backup, Its more up to date and it has more features then police smart radio, Also I would advise you not to use any plugins by albo they are out of date and can cause crashes to your game and lspdfr.
