RagePluginHook.lognope happend again, and also i know lspdfr takes alot but for me i get about 35-40 fps stable without and 20-25 with and not sure if its just me or my plugins

Not too surprised to be honest. That can be expected.

 

As for your crash, go to GTAV/Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR, then, retry please.
This is a diagnostic step; we are disabling the files in the LSPDFR folder.

Alright got that, any idea who I can mention for help? Can't play properly since past 2 days 😕

No one is obligated to help, just got to wait and be patient I'm afraid or seek alternative ways of receiving support.
