The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can anybody help me about automatic roadblocks for lspdfr?

you need to hot on his tail and force them to the road block. but your right there needs to be a more  effective script for this , or have bejio to add more units to execute it correctly.
