I also have not updated my OS but i think it doesnt matter and i have only one mod, Realistic gun sounds. Yet it doesnt work. Please help i reallly want to play LSPDFR

May I ask, what does 'no star' mean?

So, when you Launch RagePluginHook.exe, nothing happens?

 

I meant no start but i ran out of character and yes nothing happens, no crash message , no launch just the the blue circle around the cursor and then nothing. Its my first time downloading LSPDFR i tired everything i could, actually im new to modding even so ik anything that can go wrong, i only have realistic gun sounds mod

Rename your mods folder to _mods; then do this:
 

Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure;

Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.

After, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4x manual and RagePluginHook.

Please Define 'ran out of character'.

It might be that an antivirus is blocking the game from launching.
