Mark pedestrians as wanted

Is there a way to mark random nearby pedestrians as wanted so the AI officers arrest them? Sort of like CRTL E in LCPDFR. I haven’t found much information on this yet.

Do you want to mark innocent pedestrians as wanted? If so I think you've got the wrong game. https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/game/watch-dogs-2

If you have Stop the Ped then you aim your gun at the ped and press T.  That will mark the ped as a suspect and put a red blip in the map.  Then you will be able to call backup and such.  It should also work for a driver if a ped is fleeing from you in a vehicle and the game doesn't see ped as a suspect then you can force the game to see that Driver as a suspect.  Aim your gun and press T.  If you don't use Stop the Ped, there is a mod called Pursuit on the Fly that does the same thing.  But a lot of us use STP.
