    I fixed it, I had to download and put xinput3.dll or whatever it’s called in my directory. Also disabled AI ELS helped greatly.

    Late reply but it depends on which voice you're using. Look for the voices in your trainer and make sure you are using one of the "full" voices instead of "mini". Mini do not have megaphone speech.
