The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I love using the ELS mod for GTAV LSPDFR, but I have problems with ELS.     I'm not sure, all I know that when I go on patrol  this happened and I even have to reinstalled the game because of this problem. I just need to figure out on what is causing the problem with ELS.

    ELS doesn't cause texture loss. 

    Go to lspdfr.ini and change PreloadAllModels to false
