The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So, you have some outdated callouts and plugins, they are listed below in yellow. Also, does the crash happen when you launch GTA 5 normally?

    ok. FYI, I have to rewrite it after the latest update. But taking out all the Albo1125 plug-ins is a first step to a complete stable working LSPDFR.
