LIGHTS, POLICE AND STREET

Featured Replies

As you can see below, the stars are blurry, and there is an ugly ring of light around the street lights. I can't work out what this is caused by. Can anyone help?

Do you have any visual mods installed?

I did have NVR, which was then uninstalled. I have had this problem before but I cant remember how to fix it and what caused it,

I now have MVGA but this photo was taken before.

I have never seen this issue before but I looked into it and some people said it has something to do with anisotropic filtering. Sadly I can't provide any more help than that unless you have a modified visualsettings.dat confusing your game.
