I want to use NVR as I have before, but I had to uninstall it as my ELS lights were dim at sunset and sunrise. Is there anyway I can fix this? As they are normally bright but then become dim.

Yea my aniscotopic filtering is on max. I have fully re-installed my mods folder and have vanilla however I am still having the same issue, And when im on the same level as it, it looks perfectly normal........

I did have NVR, which was then uninstalled. I have had this problem before but I cant remember how to fix it and what caused it, I now have MVGA but this photo was taken before.

As you can see below, the stars are blurry, and there is an ugly ring of light around the street lights. I can't work out what this is caused by. Can anyone help? When I turn my POST FX down from very high it is fixed, so what is causing this?

It's more the fact that the whole PRANGER slot is now not working properly so it looks odd in game. I also uninstalled NVR and the pranger still looks like this..

Yea its all in the patchday22 and in the pranger spot. Even if I remove the replace then the originals texture isn't working. I do have NVR and have looked at the emissive file but there is nothing in there. And it looks perfectly fine in openIV

Seems like a good model however I've installed mine into the PRANGER slot with all blue ect and the vehicle looks like this?

Just a suggestion, for the add on, might be a good idea to make them all into one dlc list instead of separate ones for each vehicle.- 161 comments

The vehicles in this pack are great, amazing for a WIP. Although I have found for the add on, there should be vehicles.meta file, a carvariations.meta aswell. As my AI in game don't yield when the Stage3 lighting is activated. When this is fixed it will be a great pack.

Hm, there is no carvariations.meta included... does this also mean you have to have it for AI to recognise you as you respond? Both the add on and other pack just have a .ymt and apparently it works for other people..

So I recently downloaded the LAPD pack attached as the DLC addon. Everything works perfectly fine, ELS, police computer ect. However, once activating stage three lighting NONE of the AI recognise I have it on and do not yield. There was a carvariations installed in mods > update>update.rpf>x64>data>carvations.ymt but I still have the same problem. I have never had a DLC pack do this and they have all worked fine. What is going on with this one?

So never actually had this problem with a pack before but... for some reason the AI wont yield for the lights. I have installed the ELS files and carvariations.ymt

I have changed the file to get custom keys and none of them have worked. They still use the default keys. I tried adding a blank line at the top like it suggested but that hasn't worked either. This is my file. Is there anything I can do to make it work.

Is anyone able to link me to a good ELS, DLC pack for LSPDFR. I have the LSSD and SCHP pack but want to switch things up. What could you suggest? Let me know if I should post this somewhere else...

Yea I tried that earlier but it still did it. Thats the only log I have. I don't know why LSPDFR would cause it though when I'm just loading into the game normally

Please note, the game crashes when loading into story mode through the game launcher. RagePluginHook.log

I know this error is common and happens often. I first had it so I deleted all files (LSPDFR/Mods) based and re installed them. The game was working, however I began to add more now when loading into story mode my GTA crashes (This is without laoding rage) I have tried most "solutions" which are on YouTube.
