I live in Calgary and i am new to the LCPDFR thing. Just download a charger and find a template for it... I did that with all my Edmonton Police crown vics after we got our black and whites... Its really not hard to do, I use paint mostly.

Y'know what, PM me and Ill find you a charger (it may not be a 2012 tho so the tailights might be off) and Ill do up a CPS skin for it, if you'd like...
