As the title says, game crashing when "hooking game instance". I tried to run the game without lspdfr but the same thing happens. 

I disabled the antivirus, reinstalled RPH and lspdfr several times and everything I found on other forums.

I don't know this, it could be. You can try to disable Windows Defender and update your Graphic driver

Wrong register, you can find that file into the GTA 5 main folder (usually is near Ragepluginhook.exe)

 

I don't have this file in the game folder

I formatted my computer, only downloaded steam, chrome and Rockstar games launcher and still have the same problem. Any idea?

That's strange, i recommend to reinstall Ragepluginhook. When you have installed it is necessary reproduce the crash in-game and send this log here.
