Did you update Script Hook V? 

Also list out which plugins you have installed besides LSPDFR.

thank you for your help. I installed script hook v a few times, it didn't work. I deleted all the plugins. I only have lspdfr. I still get the error but I can say that I have car mode, gun mode, siren mode

You're using an out of date version of LSPDFR.

When GTA is updated, LSPDFR also needs an update. Update to the latest LSPDFR.

Still crashes. These crashes happened after the update. I put the rage plugin hook text document.The game was running before the update

Still using the old version.

There was old lspdfr dll in my gta v file. I deleted it, the game was opened. Thank you, I was not aware.
