The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

if you choose Michael Trevor or Franklin as a cop character have them use the same audio for when they either drive a taxi or tow truck and use them as if they are calling into dispatch from the police cars it be an added bonus of having the main 3 characters feel just as they do in the base game and if you request a callout over to LSPD dispatch it be a great way to make the force a callout feel more immersive!

It's a good idea but remember we're limited in what audio we have because we can't pull their voices out of thin air and make them say what we want, they have to already be in the audio files of the game. For example since they're not police characters they're not going to have any related voice lines, so any lines played would probably sound clunky and out of context.

you would have to pick and choose what lines fit best for the characters when they do the taxi or tow truck side job!
