It should come with controls in the installation files, though I'm not sure because I don't have it. 

Look at the file where you installed it to- and it should be something like controls.dat or a read-me file

    IVDashCam.ini has the keys, located in your scripts folder.  Alt+D: Starts/Stops cam.  Alt+R: radar on/off.  You can move the radar around with numberpad 4, 6, 8, 2 and 5 for default.
