Heya!

So a few of our Canadian Members on our server are having issues downloading LSPDFR. They click the force download button after the page loads and still nothing happens.

As an addition, the CSS isn't loading for them.

Can confirm(Ontario), CSS is having trouble loading and downloads are very odd since they work like 20 percent of the time.

Tried a VPN (U.S Connection) no issues whatsoever.

Cogeco seems to be one that's cropping up, if that helps. I've reached out to some others but have yet to receive a response.

I  can concur. Same issue here in Ontario. Had to use a VPN. ISP is Rogers

I can also confirm that the website is not working for Canadians anymore I also downloaded a VPN and it worked

I can concur. Been trying to download the new LSPDFR update since its release yesterday and no luck. I couldn't even post cuz it wasn't letting me. I am now using a VPN in the US and it is perfectly fine.

I'll raise this with our CDN provider.

What does 'nothing' mean? Can you provide a screenshot of the two URLs I've asked?

It's showing error 403 forbidden on both. I had to connect using a VPN just to make this reply

Please submit a screenshot of the following page in an Incognito tab, whilst not using a VPN to access the site:

Update

It looks like this issue may have been caused by an issue with our CDN provider in Toronto.

Can anyone who was originally having issues take a look and see if this is fixed now?

Can confirm it's fixed. Things are working normally again.
