How many callouts are you guys using simultaneously? Which ones? Im tired of using like 2...doing the same things all over again.

Simple Callouts

Super Callouts 

Variety Callouts

I only run the callout packs that are frequently updated.

For me the same applies with some disabled callouts as @8TNein has. 

 

I like variety in my game, and it sucks to do the same 5-6 callouts every time. 

You might also try installing the Callout Manager mod down below. Sometimes the callout packs have calls that don't trigger all the time so this lets you select ones who haven't seen all that often. Makes it pretty fun!

Those are a lot of callouts. If your PC can handle those, well done.
