hi, i keep getting texture pop ups when i look real fast around and its fine at the start and then  im in a chase with 7 other modded police cars and then it starts doing it. 

i try putting the 4k texture liveries down little bit and it still doesnt work can someone please help me because its starting to be annoying

What do you mean by texture popups?

@leod23if you look behind real fast  some of the buildings and props  are not loaded in and its not faster then the other buildings and props its pretty much texture lost 

Has this always happened or did it start after you installed a plugin/model? If so what did you install before it started doing this and if it has always been a problem can I see a list of your plugins installed?

@leod23 i tested with new stuff with a new copy of gta and its every time there alot of modded polices cars and police officers around me and then i drive off and its stops

Please set PreloadAllModels in LSPDFR ini to false.
