Rim Model Help

Edit: Nevermind, i figured it all out! This topic can be closed

So i've decided to go with a 2009 Rim instead. I've been trying for a few hours now to get the wheel to work with the car, however i can't get it to import, being fairly new to modding.

I bought this model here: http://t3ds.com/422566

Is there a tutorial out there that could help me convert this for use with the car?

When i export i get this error:

ZModeler is ready.

Object "rim.wft" was not found. Whole scene will be exported.

Missing shader configuration for shader "gta_vehicle_rim" in material "rim". Defaulting to "gta_default".

Using texture "cvpi_steelrim_dirt" which doesn't suit settings for shader "gta_default".

Missing shader configuration for shader "gta_vehicle_Material" in material "Default Material". Defaulting to "gta_default".

Using texture "vehicle_generic_smallspecmap" which doesn't suit settings for shader "gta_default".

I still get a wft file, however when i try to import the rim to the car, i get nothing, not even the dummy shows up.

Also, what is the difference between (wheelmesh_lf_l1) and (wheelmesh_lf)? i see the difference, but what does the l1 version do, and how do i create it?

Basically my original plan was to delete the rim off the old car, and import just the new rim, keeping the old tire.

Thank you

Hey guys,

Does anyone know where i can find 2003 CVPI rims? I'm wrapping up a Massachusetts State Police model, and none of the ones i've ever seen have the steel rims. I've done a bit of poking around the internet with no results, and you guys are my last resort to finding them!

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank you!

I don't believe any unlocked versions of that rim exist. Beyond that, I'm not even sure who I'd ask about that. I've seen less than a handful of models with the correct 2003 rims on them for IV. The SA community might be a little different, I've seen tons of every style CVPI rim imaginable released for SA. Maybe try looking around the GTASA community?

Also, if you find them, let me know. I've been taking an interest in getting back into modelling...
