The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That is the part of the install log where i believe the install is failing and i cant find out whats going wrong. Any bit of help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated
