The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My specs are:

 

AMD FX 8350 4,01 GHZ

GFX: Geforce GTX 1060 6gb

8gb DDR3 ram.

 

When playing GTA story mode ive got over 100fps. When i load my plugins:

LSPDFR

Stop the ped

Code Red Callouts

Traffic policer

Compulite

First Callouts

Grammar police

VisionV (Graphic mod)

 

after my plugins are loaded and i go on duty, ive got 30fps. 

 

Vsync is off. 

 

What settings should i use? Can someone post a print of theirs. Or at least give me some information how to fix this.

    FPS Drops with GTA  + LSPDFR/Plugins is pretty much normal. 
    Could be caused by visual mods, cars, outdated plugins.

    Ye but i mean! Going to like 30 with the cpu and gfx ive got, doesnt seem right!

    It does, LSPD:FR really banks a lot of frames.

     

    But your CPU also isn't good, so there may be bottleneck, too.
