The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Police Vehicles going into auto

For some reason, recently as I've been loading into gta5, I've noticed the police vehicles have automatic gears? Idk what its name is, but for example if i was to try ram a vehicle in front of me, I couldn't because my vehicle will automatically slow itself despite me holding in rt (Accelerate on xbox controller). I can definitely feel the lack of freedom whenever I try drive fast in a straight line. It'll always slow itself down automatically so I can never get upto full speed.
