ELS Lights not visible

So i have the current rendition of ELS for gta 5 and downloaded it with some els cars. For a couple of days the lights were not visible but they were still giving the color effect on walls as i passed by but now its like they arent even on even tho the info panel says they are. I'm not sure exactly what to do but the default cars that i installed still have working lights and effects. ELS is fully installed and works perfectly asides from this that i really cant explain. The headlight and taillights work fine and give off the correct effects but nothing on the lightbar works on any of my ELS cars. could it have anything to do with me using the minimum settings on the game?

    If your .xml is in the folder try cleaning the vehicle through the trainer
