Please attach your RagePluginHook.log file, it's in your GTAV folder.

It can't find the en-AU speech engine.

Some people are able to use en-AU and some are not - I have no idea why.  If you already have en-AU installed under Windows Settings > Time & Language > Language > Preferred Languages with speech recognition installed, then I recommend installing en-US in the same location and change your language setting in your custom.ini to en-US.

Hello I bought a new computer and reinstalled everything to the T like on my old computer and my Grammar Police isn't working! When I push the right Menu key I hear the beep and start talking and that's it, no response back I know the mic is working because I did a voice chat with a friend on steam and he heard me just fine, I looked through google, files, I even messed with the audio drivers to the computer and cant figure it out, if someone has a work around or know anything about this issue I would greatly appreciate it so much,

Check the FAQ at the beginning of this thread. It's usually Nahimic but could be any audio software.

 

 

Hi, so the issue that i am experiencing is that the setting menu (LControlKey + F2) does not open any menu in the game and the RMenu also does nothing, but the script is loading because it shows me when i go on duty. I'm also getting the error "could not initialize a SpeechRecognitionEngine" but i can't sort it out because i can't get in the Setting's menu.

You have it backwards - you can't open the menu or call the dispatcher *because* the speech engine can't initialize.

 

Read the LANGUAGE.txt file in the Documentation folder that came with Grammar Police (in the rar file).

I think i sort it out. The thing is that i only had the pt-BR language installed, and when i read the LANGUAGE.txt for first i thought that "Settings > Time & Language > Language" was referring to a menu in-game. So i'm installing the en-US to see if it works

1. You are using the older version.  Update to 1.4.2.2.

 

2. You have the same issue as above.  Read LANGUAGE.txt in the Documentation folder that came with Grammar Police (in the rar file).

I installed GP a few times now but everytime it won't respond to what I'm saying. Dispatch keeps asking to say it again or won't respond at all. I don't know what I did wrong.

Hello i have been having problems with grammar police it doesn't let me talk. I deleted the vocal dispatch and the police smart radio stuff that usually causes the problem and now even though i have done that it still doesn't let me talk when i press the the right alt button.
