I'm pretty sure uninstall it all you have to do in delete the files you originally installed from the IEhancer

    I have the same problem as you, and it lagged the ass out of my game. I was dumb enough to not back up the files so I had to reinstall GTA. :/

    So I've download Iehancer BUT once I was done the graphics was so bright. And I can barely see. Anyone knows to uninstall it?

    Need to uninstall all the files that came with the icehancer including but limit to sharders visual effects, and other files such as effects or blood.

    When it said back up files it means back of files doesn't mean a few of them or none of them it means all of them. If you didn't back up those files have a nice reinstall or if you are with steam have a nice 6 hour download

    deleting all the files will brick your game as ICEnhancer replaced some files, what you needed to have done was back up your entire game in to one big .rar file, and you could have just deleted your GTAIV folder and then extracted your backup :)

I just play the game like this? e.e I forgot to back up the files And the blurryness I mean like idk how to explain it but you know how when a TV loses it's connection it gets all fuzzy? Yup that's what happend to me but I read some other guys forms that the mod worked and he has the same Graphics Card. AMD ;l

    you can just uninstall GTA and go thruogh the whole installing again, could take a while if your on Steam, and for the fuzzieness press P.
