( sorry for my bad English) So, i'm a new  member to LSPDFR, and i want to download " Stop the ped, ultimate backup" from bejoijo's website, i tried download both main link and mirror link and this show up: ( the image below) 

 

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

You're much better off asking him directly yourself - The mod is not hosted on this site, and as such, we cannot really help with it.
