yes. it just said to take the contents of file and place them in gtaiv directory and overwrite the old files. (all of which happened) there was a vehicles.img pedprops.img handling.dat and ELS.ini and das.ini and componentpeds.ini

i guess not. where would each of those files mentioned go? this is my first time modding (aside from lcdpfr mod, which was easy to install)
