Is there a way to replace the outfits? can't figure it out.

Use the EUP Menu

press F11 for the EUP menu providing you have that particular mod installed which can be located below and you can download EUP uniforms in the downloads section also...... if your downloading EUP Uniforms be sure to check the readme files for locations of installation 🙂

I know how to use EUP, i just need to know how to replace the clothing textures for my own country's one. i tried messing with the uppr_dif_000 and lowr_diff_000 files but there are like 50 of them

This is not what @Faya is asking @StratoMax and @lxlSemperlxl.
They are asking how you can replace the clothing that those PEDS are wearing when you call them in-game.

And it's the same thing I would like to know as well. How can you create a default outfit for example this ped "s_m_y_swat_01"?
That PED is the default when you call SWAT units.

If anyone could provide us with a short tutorial I would be more than thankful. Or point us to an existing one. I have done some trial&error with no success.
