Rookie Blue Cruiser

Featured Replies

OMG, I saw a Rookie Blue car across from my school. I live in Toronto and the police cars look alike. At first, I thought it was a fake police car to ward of speeders in a school zone, but when I learned about the show, I noticed the same police car!

they don't look alike, Toronto does not use LED bars, unless they actually upgraded :)

*EDIT* Plus Rookie Blue has a fake TPS logon on one side only, where as real TPS has the logo on both sides :)

Plus, the side of the rookie blue cars don't have the word "Toronto" above the word "Police".

What do you mean by the Fake TPS logo? I know it's different to the real TPS one, but I don't understand what you mean by one side only.

On a side note you can't say that Rookie Blue use a fake TPS logo because at no point do they actually refer to the city as Toronto. The vehicles are generic and do not say "Toronto Police" nor does the logo say "Toronto" on it. The show is based on the city of Toronto but never actually refers to it as such........

@Faracus, that cruiser wasn't actually used on Rookie Blue. I know it's similar but it's not quite the same. I've been looking at pictures of the cruisers for the past week or so to make my textures so I guess I should know :)

Here's a real RB cruier - http://pics.imcdb.org/0is709/rookiebluekvuedt2010062.5941.jpg

Here's another photo - http://pics.imcdb.org/0is266/rookiebluekvuedt2010070.4747.jpg

The photo you showed has different text, and the lightbar glass is coloured unlike in the show where it is clear. I'm still no wiser as what you mean about the logo though.

The Rookie Blue logo is darker, and I heard (never watched the show so I can not confirm) that the logo is only on the left side of the car, not the right side.
