Okay so I start up my game want t ogo on hp duty but there is no ped skin on so I check OpenIV it says this I looked it up and I replaced it with the backed up one so everything good I can switch the roginal hp to the Le redated one I startup my game and its the original again, So i checked and it was corrupted again and I did this like 5 times and atp I really dont know what to do

Seems like it's been corrupted. Delete it and replace it with the original file. 

Tried it already

 

So It says its corrupted I replace it and It lets me change what I want, I start up my game and It didnt change anything, so I go back to OpenIv again and it says its corrupted

Verify your game files and then put the vanilla one back in. 

How can I do thath?

Rename mods to _mods and verify your game files. (If you haven't yet.)

For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity.

For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.

Rename your mods folder to _mods. 

Okay now it works

 

But I did nto download any mods only a LSPD DOJRP skin and a Uniform

 

and placed the highway,sheriff skin into x64e

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches.
Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it.

 

Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. 
If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. 

 

Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.

It was already in windowed mode. 

Reinstalled C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010) Then restarted. 

And reainstalled NVIDIA GEFORCE Experience. Restarted my PC.

 

Still the same message
