The crash will occur at any random time. Have had the game be totally unable to launch or bring up the RPH prompt to generate a report, has crashed while loading in, while spawning in a car, while going on duty, while driving down the road, while on pursuit, during a callout, the list goes on.

I've attached my latest crash log. Hopefully someone can tell me what mod is killing my game?

Just did. Same results. Crashed in the middle of doing nothing at all.

Do you have Open All Interiors installed at this moment?

Remove RichsPoliceEnhancements and rename your mods folder to _mods.

So far, it's working but I can't spawn addon vehicles and none of the police cars have lightbars.

Then it is something in your mods folder. What did you last put in?

I did a clean install and reinstalled everything I had working when it was stable before, which is several mods. I wish there was a way to tell which one it is so I could just dump it.

Sadly not in your mods folder. You'd have to go back step by step.

I'll probably just start over and install the bare minimum. Thanks for the help,  guys.

Did a fresh install fix the issue for you? I'm having the same problem
