well i took a car addon (stainer) and used that as my mods addon folder, all my cars go in there , all my peds go in there, you could also use EMF "easy mod folder" and use that as your addon folder, as it has all the required edits to make it work i think, for mine i had to make some changes

EMF isn't made for addons. It's made for replacing things. If you want to use addons, you can install: Add-On / Replace Base Folder
