I don’t know if its my vehicle pack or my ELS but it doesn’t work when I load up. It makes my police cars look pretty damn shitty without lights. Can someone help me out?

I’ve reverted my game version via rage but nothin

i had to revert anyways due to this he update

You are in a forum for GTA IV, not GTA V. Downgrading GTA 4 won't do anything except break LCPDFR with the current hotfix.

To address your issue, 

 

ELS is not working for GTA IV complete edition, because the ELS dependencies are not compatible with the complete edition version. There is no way to fix that currently, unless there's an update for the ELS. 

 

You can still use some non-ELS emergency vehicles.

Downgrading the current path will not fix the issue, instead it will create more problems. 

 

Please refer to my previous post to address the ELS issue.
