peds I arrest an call transport are behaving whacky. they go with the transport officer, get in then immediatly get back out of transport cop car, the transport car leaves, and cuffed ped comes back an follow me till they dissapear a while later, and then their red dot remains on the map forever, even after a cleanworld and/or a call ends itself or i end it.

 

doesnt matter if I Q them to kneel and wait for transport or stand right there with them standing. happening every arrest, really game/immersion breaking

Do you use Arrest Manager? If so, please use StopThePed's Transport / LSPD:FR's own Transport. 

yeah - use arrest mgr an police smartradio by ALBO1125.

noticed this whack behaviour doesnt happen when they arent loaded an I use the new included M menu in LSPDFR. but that doesnt have a tow truck option

Don't use Arrest Manager's Transport. Try using StopThePeds. 
Albo's mods are going out of date every update. This is a common problem. 

i know, played this few years ago. I got his stuff working alright, I looked at an read up on stopthepeds., I kinda prefer smartradio. and it has the 'panic' button that works cool, and its integrated with coroner, fire/ems, tow, ..everything. I knowtheres other plugins that will call transport an stuff now. and theyve added it to basic LSPDFR M menu but not everything like smartradio.

EVERYones mods go out of date after updates-

You can still use the PSR, but not LSPDFR+ or Arrest Manager. 

CANT?? use arrest manager? thats causing it? Im not using LSPDFR+.

Arrest Manager, yes, like I said in my first message. 

Same issue with me ped comes out of the vehicle n I m also not getting prompt for transportation
