HotKeys not always working - especially after a few times of using

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I've installed the 0,95 beta today and am very happy with it. Installation and so forth was no problem.

My problem appears after I've already used the hotkeys like "e" for stopping pedestrians or "shift" for stopping vehicles. After a while those hotkeys, especially the "e" button doesn't work anymore. Nothing happens!

I even checked about the functionality of my keyboard - that's fine.

What's wrong here?

Okay then, open up your game and play it until the keys stop working. Then press the ' key, (next to the # key) and type "reloadscripts" without the quotes.

Then press ALT+P followed by CTRL+P. You should now be on duty again without the need for going to a police station. Try using the troublesome keys again.

That's worth a try, thanks.

I already tried CTRL+DEL (or was it ALT+DEL?) - to debug. But that's without reloading the scripts. I'll have a try on you solution tomorrow :-)
