hi, im having trouble installing car mods. when i download a car i can't open the file.

it says cannot open with windows. and i click other programs and it still would not open.

If you know what I can do please help.

    you have to download winRAR just type that into google, when extracted the mods download SPARKIV and install the mods using SparkIV:)
