Im trying to figure out how to make a part of a texture that almost all police vehicles have..... Take a look

I am trying to figure out how to make the part of the texture circled in the attached file (Swoosh with the star)....

You need to find a photo of the vehicle from the side so that it is as straight as possible and not at such an angle. Then you can use it as a template.

Lol what are you even trying to prove...and just an fyi when i edited it i put in " How do i make that swoosh part and star?" because i didint know you saw that part.
