are you talking about RC3? because that's only given to testers......we where not even supposed to have RC2, but it was released by a tester. All current LCPD:FR versions that are downloadable are on the downloads page. RC2-R2 is the most current one.

It may still be around but I've had no luck finding it so you'll have to use 3.5 if you absolutely need 3.5 but otherwise download the most recent and current build which is 4 I think. 3.5 can be found in the list of results and if you want v4 just change the search to 4
