The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

log always say it can't find the file "traffic police"

But I didn't install any Albo1125's mod.

    ok so I'm not a expert but hopefully someone will jump in with a better understanding. but it looks like you do not have LSPDFR enabled, try reinstalling lspdfr in case you may of deleted  something by accident.

    It sure looks like you don't even have LSPDFR installed, or not installed where it should be. You're just launching RageHook by itself. Can you please provide screenshots of your gtav main directory? Thanks

    Rename mods to _mods.
