trying to in stall lspdfr for first time  cant seen to get  any plug ins to load in rage hook such as trainer v any one no wat i could be doin wrong

Not familiar with trainer v.   Have you tried simple trainer?  That goes directly into your GTA V folder.  You don't really load it as it can run in background.  F3 to bring up menu.  If you are having difficulties installing plugins,  you might want to watch my Plugins install tutorial on my channel if you want.

Just out of curiosity are you starting the game with the rage plugin shortcut? I have to load the game regular then alt+tab out and click the rage plugin hook shortcut and load it, then open the game tab again and click story mode to keep it from crashing out.

im startin it with the rage plugin short cut am  i not supposed to

keeps telling me  it has insuffesiont permissions now  which ant true
