Hey guys I have GTA installed again was wondering if it's worth making a big mod list again or has the game become more buggy and crashy since 4.1?

From what I've experienced LSPDFR is more stable than ever in its current version. Just if you do decide to put together a mods list make sure everything is up to date and supports LSPDFR 4.0. 
Also if you haven't already I would sub out Albo's mods for Bejo's. Not saying that Albo's mods are bad they are just starting to become more and more outdated. If you do decide to use Bejo's you can find them here:

l'ultima versione 0.46 si arresta in modo molto meno grave rispetto alle versioni precedenti, personalmente ho riscontrato un problema solo nel gioco, non posso riferirmi di reati "sparatorie"  , delle mod di Albo tengo solo "traffic policer" "padronanza della sirena" "interazione plus", il primo traffic policer è molto bello come mod, non è stato aggiornato da un po ', entrando in servizio appare l'avvertenza " che potrebbe creare problemi con le nuove versioni di lspdfr ", tuttavia è funzionale e non crea problemi per me, ha diverse opzioni molto utili per" traffic policer ", coinvolgente, eccellente immersione, mi chiedo solo quante versioni aggiornate di Albo la mod può resistere, "padronanza della sirena" occupa un bel po 'di tasti sul joypad e sulla tastiera, ma disattivandone alcuni e sostituendo i tasti sul joypad, rilasciando i controlli del telefono cellulare ect è ben integrato con lspdfr, interazione plus download stop the ped non è necessario , stessa cosa più computer, meglio ora usare compulite , in termini semplici la mod di Beljlio che sostituisce qualche chiave con le configurazioni ini, funzionano bene con al massimo una due mod di Albo

I remember using both at one point. I've spent the last day looking at what's available and I've noticed there's less you can do with the mod now. Sad to see. Oh well rip.
