The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Weird issue that I've never had before... AI Traffic will not move over when I have lights and/or sirens on??? I have CleartheWayV and ELS both installed and I've set ELSTrafCtrlOn to false and true with no difference. Whats the issue? I've attached a list of callouts also if that helps.

    Are you in Stage 3? ClearTheWay doesn't move trucks, since you'd have to add a flag to them in the vehicles.meta.
    Also, if you are driving around in add-on vehicles; make sure you set up a carvariation.

    Yes I was in stage 3. And yes I modded the meta for the add-on cars too and tested both normal and add-on vehicles. Is there a setting or something I need to add to the LSPDFR ini?

    Not the vehicles.meta; but carvariation. You need that for them to register as emergency. Also make sure they have the emergency_flag in the vehicles.meta.
