If it doesn't come with an uninstaller, create a new mods folder & save vehicles & dlcpacks.

Like this? Red stuff = just copy into the new mods folder from the old mods folder and green stuff = new files (original from gta dictionary right?

You don't need all of them in your mods folder, friend. Technically, you only need the update folder, which contains all your add-on and replace vehicles.

Yeah but If for example a replace car is in x64e? I need the x64e folder right?

Okay. So I have done it rn and I start Gta 5 now

Replace cars are in Patchday22ng, not in x64e. 
See if it works.

Yeah it works a lot better but It crashed again..
