The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I don't talk for everyone, but I prefer you put the RagePluginHook.log into the message box and send it. I rather not click on website I have no clue where it leads me.

    First thing I see: Your folder name. 
    Make sure you launch RPH from the original folder + path. 

    To make sure you are, please check it in regedit.
    Open regedit with Windows key + R -> type: regedit and press enter; Locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto V
    Then, double click InstallFolder.
    Show me what it says.

    If that all matches up, please install & do the following:

    Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure.

    Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.

    Then, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4 manual and RagePluginHook.
