INSTALL:

This is a long one... But it's worth every second! 
I will be uploading an install video soon, so check the link below and subscribe for updates! 
INSTALL: 
It's pretty basic, all you need is OpenIV, you can find it online if you don't have it. 
1. You will need to download the CVPI Model! Intstall it the way it says to, but first rename the files from police to sheriff. Ex. "police+hi.ytd" becomes "sheriff+hi.ytd". etc. This is only a texture. 
2.Now, navigate to, the place where you installed the CVPI, From there, open sheriff.ytd. 
3. IN the police.ytd folder, you will see a file that looks similar to the texture file included. Replace it 
with the file provided (OPEN IV MUST BE IN EDIT MODE!) 
4. For the uniform, put the file in the OPP Uniform folder in this location: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday3ng.rpf\ 
This will add the player Model 
5. You can find the links to the cars below, next, move on to the tahoe. Once you follow the install instructions for the tahoe, replace the Tahow_Skin.png file in the 
files you just installed, with the one provided, just like the CVPI. 
6. Put the OPP Bike files in this location: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf 
(BIKE IS STILL WIP... CUZ THE BIKES ARE REALLY HARD TO TEXTURE!) 
6. You are done!
