[OLD, 0.3 ONLY] LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125 1.13.2.0

I have 0.2b still installed and I would like to enjoy playing that version (not all 0.2b mods are updated for 0.3.1b yet) I run the troubleshooter and I have installed RPH 34, the Albo1125.Common, RAGENativeUI and still get the error to install the latest version, when they are already.. is this just a hiccup or something??

edit1-nvm, the game crashed, I deleted the entire game folder.. I had copied the entire folder over to add enhancements in it and it had 0.2b in it... I will now start over with 0.3.1b..
is there a list of ragehook plugins that were made with 0.2b in mind that will still work with 0.3b?

mine keeps saying traffic policer.dll is in wrong folder please place in gtav/plugins/lspdfr and it is already there i have tried to auto fix and it says its successfully corrected but if i close the application and rerun it it still says the same thing also give error

i have re downloaded all files and placed them in the file it and the mod creator says to install them in but still gives me the same error when i run your application 

the problem im having is that everytime i start a traffic stop an cx runs i call in back up and the back up units make the arrest and lspdfr crashes as they slap on the cuffs

When going to download the file from this site, Bitdefender comes up with this error message about a Virus

I can literally see another application open in the background....Close all Windows Explorer windows for a start.

Must be a false positive then  Try disabling/whitelisting.

@Albo1125 will you add support to the Vocal Dispatcher also to this application? As it only tells me that "Vocal Dispatcher encountered an error and can not load"

@Albo1125 I have a problem that the Troubleshooter can´t fix. As soon as I either come close to a police station or enters it, the game crashes and gives me the "ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2" error. Now this error doesn´t appear if the LSPD mod is uninstalled. Do you have any clue what might cause it?

EDIT #2: It seemse to work if I use the "forceduty" command in the RPH console

@Albo1125 not necessery anymore as I found what was causing the bug. Apperantly my model were corrupt and made it impossible to read it, damn those mods

I install LSPDFR with the manual install.

I extracted everything with correct folders from the archive into the GTAV folder, which places everything where it should (Using latest LSPDfr as of 3-30-2016

Whenever I run your troubleshooter it always says I have to create a LSPDFR folder within the gtav/plugins folder.

My question is WHY?

When I installed LSPDfr it doesn't do this, and doesn't have any files to put there.

Why does this troubleshooter always ask me to make that extra folder?

99% of mods for LSPDFR are set-up to extract into the proper folders so I dont see why this is showing up as an error?

All LSPDFR mods must be installed in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder. Many people are confused because it's not created automatically.

Hope this explains it.

Okay, Understood. Just a way to make sure people put stuff in the right place.

So I use this tool,but when i go to the game launcher would download 63 GB files game.

Tool detected 1 error on folder name game and created new folder GTA V (142 mb files)

UPDATE 1 

I understand this problem

Tool detected my folder game have non-standard name "Grand Theft Auto V"

Tool changing code in GtavLauncher.exe to on files from GTA V folder

So launcher don't detected this files,folder and download this from Rockstar server.

In that case you can just skip the automatic repair of that error
