This is meant to be paired with my AST Style SAHP/SASP Uniform Pack. Comes with CVPI skins for both Highway Patrol and State Police as well as one Tahoe skin for each agency.
Install:
Using OpenIV, go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
and, in edit mode, open the "texture dictionary" file for the vehicle models you use for CVPI and Tahoe and replace the old skins/liveries with the ones from this download.
