If you read above my comment they explain a glitch while using EUP. It doesn't happen all of the time but sometimes if you're wearing a uniform from EUP and hit the panic button, it'll crash LSPDFR. For me it only happens when someone is shooting at me... which is the time that I need it most...

Oh okay, I'll see if I can reproduce it. Guess I need to press the button more often.

For me I just installed the mod last Thursday. I came here to post about it crashing CONSTANTLY and saw that people were having the same issue.

Will this be updated for RAGE .45?

Hi everybody,

I had the same problem with lspdfr is crashing when using the panic button. Simple fix for the problem was load your lspdfr as usual with rph all your plugins, choose your outfit in eup and then just unload eup again after this my panic button worked without issues.

Panic buttons are meant to be used in emergency situations, when the officer can't speak because they're in direct danger. A pursuit wouldn't constitute as such a situation where a panic button is necessary as the officer can still use their radio. It's modeled on real life application.

I don't want to have to load and unload. It seems unnecessary as I switch uniforms often. Every time I load and unload a plugin it lags my game more and more. What a shame.

Unloading/Loading a plugin shouldn't cause any lag.

That being said, I will be looking to put out an update soon, but I'm really swamped with work at the moment so it may be a little while. I'm sorry that I couldn't resolve your issue in the meantime.

You mention this in your review also, stating " If you're getting gunned down by Grove Street, you will have a better chance of surviving using the built in backup menu than this" except the plugin itself uses the same code behind the scenes to call the necessary units to your location. It will literally take the same amount of time because it calls them in the exact same way, just multiple units as opposed to one at a time.

when i hit f11 nothing happens

this is an ouitdated plugin needs to be updated for new lspdfr version
