Hello, 

This is San Andreas Highway Patrol Specially Marked Patrol Vehicle model or (Commercial Enforcement Vehicle). I've always wanted to call State Patrol for backup and actually have State Patrol marked vehicles show up. 
This file replaces your "police4" slot.

 

This is only temporary, until someone else more experienced releases a better product. 

I hope you will enjoy it as I have!


***NOTES***

When choosing an unmarked police vehicle, NOW you will only have this vehicle available "White SAHP".

This vehicle only comes with markings on the door panel. 
SMPV's don't usually have numbering on the roof or "Highway Patrol" written on the back.  I'm NOT saying that they don't exist. 

 

All i have done was edit textures and put everything together in one file for you.

Similar. I was hoping for at least a 2007 CVPI, also the lights seem to be the standard undercover set-up used by police4.

I agree with both of you. I don't consider myself a modder or anything like that. I just edited two projects in one because i wanted this type of vehicle in my game. I figured others can benefit. i would like to see different interior lights as well and more liveries, like the black and white CHP. i'm not familiar with 3D modeling but hoping to learn it one day.

    is there soon a possibility you could add in the black and white version instead of solid white, cuz seeing a white sahp or chp cvpi makes me feel like im constantly commercial vehicle enforcement?
